Costas Eliopoulos has spent three decades inside the machinery of industry — with racing teams, on factory floors, in shipyards, and in boardrooms across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
As Chief Process Officer of one of the world's largest composite-yacht builders, he led the systems, people, and transformations behind a production operation spanning thousands of workers and hundreds of vessels a year.
He is an engineer by training and by temperament: someone who believes that most business problems are, at their root, problems of unclear truth — and that once an organisation can see itself accurately, performance follows.
He founded IONAIRE to bring that discipline to principals who want counsel from someone who has carried operational accountability, not merely studied it.
